They gather minimal information and then transfer you to a live Level 2 engineer. What you will find is our Level 2 engineers are seasoned IT veterans with multiple years of experience around the technologies we support . From the start of the case to the finish, our engineers take ownership of the problem. We don’t have the follow the sun approach. We are a local U.S. based support company that prides ourselves in making sure that each case is handled properly throughout its life cycle.
